WHAT IS NATURAL CLEANING?

Natural cleaning is the use of ingredients which are not only non-toxic, but also natural. This would include such ingredients as baking soda, vinegar, salt, castile soap, essential oils, herbs, tinctures and such things. It does NOT include using chlorine, petroleum products or any other synthetic or toxic chemicals.

There are many products on the market which use the word "green" and/or state that they are "non-toxic" but still contain dangerous synthetic chemicals. The FDA does not have a clear-cut qualification for what may be labeled "safe" or "natural".


NATURAL CLEANING IS SAFE CLEANING

Natural cleaning is about a healthier environment. Just because a product calls itself "green" and has no strong chemical vapors, doesn`t mean that it`s healthy. Natural cleaning should improve your environment. It should be safe to use in an unventilated area. You shouln't need to worry about the air your family breathes, or that touching a freshly washed counter will release carcinogens into their bodies.

Air quality is also a consideration which is why we use cleaners which purify the air and microfiber cleaning cloths to prevent dirt and dust from re-entering the air you breathe.

Naturally Maid Cleaning focuses not only on leaving toxic chemicals out of our cleaning process, but improving air quality overall. We use microfiber cloths, for instance, for dusting and cleaning so that nothing is "kicked up" into the air only to re-settle or be breathed in my you. At you request, we also have enviro-packages. We can dispose of toxic chemicals, replace them with healthier choices, teach you to clean naturally, replace paper products with more earth-friendly choices. Our focus is a cleaner earth and a healthier home or office.


WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED AT NATURALLY MAID?

Naturally Maid Cleaning uses only high quality essential oils, baking soda, vinegar (sometimes) and castile soap in the cleaning products.

Essential Oils are known for their healing, disinfectant, antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Vinegar is a natural disinfectant. Mixing vinegar and baking soda works wonders on many household challenges and mixing the two with salt and castile gives us an amazing natural "bleach" that removes mildew, soap scum, hard water stains and more!
