Our pricing is individualized. Every home is unique just as the people who reside there are unique. We give you a price that is tailored to the specifics of your home based upon a number of factors including square footage, number of rooms and frequency of cleaning, pets, children, dirt levels, etc.


click to expand Do you provide the cleaning supplies or do we?

To ensure that all cleaning solutions are 100% natural and eco-friendly, we supply everything. We use HEPA-filter vacuums, microfiber cleaning cloths and non-toxic cleaning products.


click to expand What time will the cleaning time arrive at my home?

Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you are scheduled for 9am, that will be the arrival time. All other times of day are given a 2-hour window (i.e. between 11am and 1pm) as sometimes a previous job takes longer than anticipated to complete.


click to expand How should I pay for the service?

You have a few options. You may leave a check or cash on the kitchen counter the morning of service. You may call and pay by credit card the day before service. You may also sign up for auto-pay using a credit or debit card.


click to expand What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice of rescheduling. The more notice you give, the better.


click to expand What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?

We ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items. The cleaning team will not know where your personal items belong. They can more effectively clean when there is no clutter.


click to expand What is the difference between Naturally Maid Cleaning and a "cleaning lady" or housekeeper?

Naturally Maid Cleaning is a professional cleaning service. As such the company manages all the details of employment, including filing all required state and federal paperwork and paying taxes. We ensure that the cleaning teams are properly trained and arrive at their scheduled jobs. We set the standards for tasks and supervise/manage quality. We run background checks and drug testing on all employees. We are also bonded and insured and carry worker's compensation, so you are protected against theft, accidental breakage or injuries which occur at your home. Because our employees are paid a percentage of the job rather than an hourly rate, they are not likely to "ride the clock" taking up more of your time than necessary. As well, earning a percentage of the job gives the team members a sense of ownership, encouraging a high-quality of service to you.

When you hire an independent cleaning person (a “cleaning lady”), that person may be considered your eamployee according to Internal Revenue Service. It is important to understand your obligations as a household employer. For more information about household employees, see IRS publication 926 at http://www.irs.gov.

You are responsible for determining their background, what tasks are to be done and supervising the quality of work. If you are dissatisfied, you will be paying the employee to re-do the job. If there are accidents in your home, you could be held financially responsible. Because they have no insurance or bonding, you may not be reimbursed if there are damages or theft.


click to expand Do I sign a contract?

No. We do have an agreement which outlines policies but there is no contract. The only thing we ask is that if you must cancel a regularly scheduled appointment, that you do it at least 24 hours in advance. Our team members are paid for each home they clean. A cancellation without enough notice to reschedule another appointment directly affects the their income. We ask for a 7-day notice for terminating service.


click to expand What form of quality control do you provide?

Each cleaning team includes a Team Leader who is responsible for checking the quality of work before leaving the house. The owner also conducts random checks of the cleaners “in the field” as well. Your feedback is heavily weighed in our employee evaluations. Our online Quality Scorecard allows you the opportunity to rate your service and provide additional comments. Note: If something was overlooked or unsatisfactory, please call the office immediately…we will re-clean that area at no charge. Your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed.
